PRESIDIANS AT THE HERO HONDA FIH WORLD CUP 2010

The International Hockey Federation gave a great opportunity to the students of Presidium to cheer for Indian hockey players and be a part of the Hero Honda FIH world cup 2010. The proud Presidians represented India as School Mascots at the Hero Honda FIH world cup 2010, which was held in India at Major Dhyan Chand Stadium, New Delhi.
Presidians welcomed the six participating teams with zeal and gusto. The Presidians enjoyed each and every moment of the match was and cherished this day to the fullest. They sang their very own "school song", and famous "chak de India" song to encourage the players.
This event gave some wonderful and life time moments to Presidians. The experience of being in the stadium, the aroma of field, the drops of splashing water, the chirping of spectators, whistles of security guards to follow the path, excitement of spectators, first close look at the national and international hockey players, shaking hands with the President, being clicked with them, and many other things were inspiring and unforgettable for Presidians.
The golden opportunity to welcome national and international players and that first experience at the world cup ground left some cherished memories with Presidians.
