The young cricketers played stupendously well and have achieved heights under the guidance of our coach Mr. Gautam Rana. Witnessing our Presidians at Lords was a treat to watch. The few overs in the game triggered a lot of hype and fun in spectators and the game freaks. Truly future legends in the making! Our team was remarkably appreciated and they also got a chance to interact with some well known cricketers. This tete-a-tete served as a platform for learning and insights into the game. We are sure there is more to come from these champions in the making!
In the arena of theatrics, PRESIDIUM School, Ashok Vihar, made a palpable and worthy contribution through their high decibel creative musical drama, THE NAVARAS. The antecedents of musical theater can be traced back to a time when entertainment was not devoid of didacticism. NAVARAS had resonances of similar inspiration. It stood tall in an era of contemptible distractions, bringing forth a catharsis of emotions right from Love, Joy, Disgust, Anger, Peace and various others. If a plays success is tantamount to the audience s reaction, it is safe to affirm that NAVARAS made a resounding and sterling impact. NAVRAS was followed by the much awaited Felicitation Ceremony. The students were acknowledged for their meritorious achievement on the basis of Subject and Over All Excellence by the revered Chairperson, Mrs. Sudha Gupta. Mr. S.P Aggarwal, Director Advisory Board and retired IAS officer graced the occasion with his presence. The event left an indelible mark on the spectators.

All the vivid colours of the rainbow came alive in the corridors of Presidium Ashok Vihar as some students of Grade XI were engaged in an amazing Street Art Activity. Under the expert guidance of their art teacher, the children immersed themselves in a blazing mosaic of every imaginable colour. Based on the theme of peace, the students beautifully expressed their enlightened thoughts through the medium of art. Depicting the message in their own ways, one student painted a flying dove bringing the message of peace, while another drew a big fish gobbling the small fish signifying war. Other paintings by students included a bird as a symbol of peace breaking its cage to spread out its wings and a depiction of Mother Earth as a flower guarded by the arms of love and peace. Presidian astounding artistic skills amazed everyone, and indicate that they will certainly take art and creativity to new heights.
