This festival of sacrifice is celebrated to mark the unshakeable obedience and faith of Ibrahim in God. Having a similar devotion towards the Almighty, the young Presidians celebrated Eid in the premises with ardor by conducting a special assembly. They zealously performed a skit depicting the religious significance, history, stories and legends, as well as the traditions and customs associated with Eid. After which, mesmerising dance performances filled the aura with euphoria and festive spirit. The day culminated with students happily exchanging ‘Eidi’ in the form of warms wishes and greetings.
PRESIDIANS DISCOVER HUMANITY WITH THE SPECIAL CHILDREN OF SPARSH
14-08-2018 Packed with a strong belief of serving the society by taking initiatives to bring a change in this world, our young Presidians are setting an example for all. Continuing their social endeavours, they recently visited the Sparsh Special School to spend some good time and share simple and joyful moments of love with the special children. In a poignant gesture of friendship, Presidians interacted with them and were moved by their unmatchable strength, courage and the zeal to live life to the fullest. Humbled and filled with a sense of deep respect for the lovely special children of Sparsh, the leaders of tomorrow were immensely happy with this visit and earned a lifetime bond with their special friends.

The students of Presidium celebrated the grandeur & success of India on Independence Day with the honourable Chairperson, Mrs.Sudha Gupta. The celebration commenced in the wonderfully decorated school premises with unfurling of the national flag. As a mark of respect, a glorious March Past was carried out by the Student Council Members. With great fervour, the students also paid homage to the freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives for the nation. This was followed by the Chairperson’s addressal which inspired them that as future leaders, it is their responsibility to carry on the legacy of India & lead the nation towards a brighter future.
PRESIDIANS DISCOVER THE POWERFUL LEADER IN THEM AT PMUN 2018
Presidium strongly believes in the power of the youth to bring about positive changes and derive solutions at the grassroots level. PMUN 2018 with the theme ‘Youth Empowerment’, enabled over 605 students from the best schools in the country to take charge of decision making and prove their mettle with their leadership skills. This concept was extended into 12 innovative committees in a three day long stimulation which featured debates and discussions on burning issues of today that will affect the globe tomorrow. This platform provided an opportunity to hundreds of students to put forth their views, be empowered and empower others as leaders who will transform the world in future. The conference was graced by Mrs. Sudha Gupta, the honourable Chairperson of Presidium who entrusted the youth with the power to come together and eradicate all problems that tyrannize the surroundings, thereby, joining the global mission of peace, sustainable development and human rights.
276 CHESS MAESTROS 'CHECKMATE' AT INTER PRESIDIUM CHAMPIONSHIP
To provide a platform to the young chess maestros of Presidium to showcase their exquisite skills, improve logical thinking and analytical reasoning, an Inter Presidium Chess Championship 2018-19 was recently organised at Presidium, Indirapuram. The tournament is an annual feature and an event that aspiring chess players look forward to as it gives them a chance to test their skills with some of the most competent players of their age group. For the tournament, 276 students, across 12 branches of Presidium participated and followed the rules of the All India Chess Federation. The overall champions were students of Presidium Indirapuram, while the best girls team was won by the power girls of Ashok Vihar branch. The best boys team trophy was again bagged by Presidium Indirapuram. Congratulations to all the winners!

Appreciation can make a day, even change a life. It pushes you to do better and to shift your perspective into being positive even during tough times. Acknowledging efforts, talents and attributes gives a sense of being loved and enhances confidence. We are Presidium believe in encouraging every intrinsic quality of our Presidians so that they can discover the best version of themselves. To appreciate and acknowledge the best qualities of our Presidians, we recently hosted an Appreciation Day. The students were honoured with appreciation certificates covering 17 qualities such as courage, creativity, curiosity, confidence, leadership, good behaviour and attentiveness to name a few. The achievers excitedly received their certificates and felt immensely motivated to surpass all the milestones and reach the mark of excellence with their special qualities.

At Presidium, we believe in nurturing these intrinsic qualities of our students so that they go ahead and win at different walks of life. Recently, to acknowledge their extraordinary achievements in academics, sports and co-curricular activities, a grand ceremony - the CHAIRPERSON HONOURS was organized. Spearheaded by the honourable Chairperson of Presidium, Mrs. Sudha Gupta, the visionary who envisaged this ceremony, the event gave wings to more than 700 young scholars with certificates of recognition. On seeing their wards receiving such a majestic honour, the eyes of Presidians' parents filled with a sense of pride, happiness and accomplishment. With countless mixed feelings in their motivated hearts, the leaders of tomorrow strengthened their determination to achieve more!
