We do not inherit the earth from our ancestors; we borrow it from our children!
Agreeing with the same thought and considering their undue responsibility towards protecting the environment, our young students of Presidium organized a special assembly to create awareness among their fellow mates to restrict the use of poly bags. The little Presidians shared that plastic is an environmental hazard and polythene bags are polluting land, water and air because they are non-biodegradable. They marched in the school premises with the slogan 'say no to poly bags' and 'make use of paper bags'. It was a wonderful effort taken by the little children and their efforts were appreciated by all the people around.
